Virtual Presentation Mode 

(Video Preparation) 

If you have opted to present virtually (for international presenters only), please ensure you prepare a video of your presentation. Failure to submit this video will result in the application of the IEEE No-Show Policy, which means that your paper will not be published.

Additionally, all virtual presenters require to be available during the conference on the scheduled presentation day to participate in the Q&A session. The presentation schedule will be shared soon.

The format of the video are as follows:-

1. Video Length: Please ensure that the video is no longer than 10 minutes.

2. Video Format: You are free to use any method or medium for your presentation as long as it can be converted into a video and uploaded to YouTube. A simple option is to use PowerPoint and convert it into a video.

3. Presentation Style: The style of your video is entirely up to your creativity. You may choose to:

• Record your presentation using audio with presentation slides.

• Or record yourself while giving the presentation.

4. Video Link: Please upload your video to YouTube and make sure that the link is Public/Unlisted. Once you have uploaded, please email the YouTube link to –> robothia.conference@yahoo.com not later than 15th March 2026.
